- Maintain and develop pipeline of eligible candidates for future open positions
- Manage and create job requisitions
- Manage and guide development of employment resources
- Continuously pipeline good candidates
Qualifications
- Minimum 3-5 years full-cycle recruiting experience
- Bachelor's Degree (Preferred)
- Experience working in a high-volume, fast-paced recruiting environment
- Experience recruiting Healthcare Professionals and Customer Service positions
